According to the letter sent by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development dated 2072/02/04 and letter number 2071/072,release number 409, this is to notify to all the respective builders and landlords that no one shall initiate building the new houses in the municipality area and also those who have permissions to build according to the norms shall not build the second floor even if they have started building the house till the next notice.
